When do members have access?
Members have access 24/7/365.
Do you have staffed hours?
Yes. MWF 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Â If you have questions outside of these hours you can reach us using the orange contract us popup on the bottom right of your screen.Â
Can I access your gym as a non-member during non-staffed hours?
Yes. Just sign up online for a guest pass and you will be granted instant access. Guest passes can be purchased here.
How does the 24/7/365 member access work?
All members have access 24/7/365 via their phone. You must have the Avigilon Alta (Openpath) app downloaded and your phone with you to gain access.
How can I join?

How long do I have to wait to access your gym after signing up?
Access to our gym will be instantaneous upon completion of sign-up.

How can I self-manage my membership?
You can log-in and manage your membership here.
How will I be billed for my month-to-month membership?
Your month-to-month membership will begin from the day you sign up and will automatically be charged to your account the same day every month.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can self-cancel anytime here.
You will be charged for the remainder of the month that you canceled.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
We require all our members to be at least 15 years of age.Â
Are there emergency measures available during non-staffed hours?
Yes, we have numerous security cameras helping maintain a safe environment. We also have an AED defibrillator in case of an emergency. There are also multiple panic buttons throughout the gym to call emergency responders.Â
How do I resolve a situation during non-staffed hours?
If the incident is an emergency, dial 911 on your mobile phone. If it is something less urgent click on our orange conatact us popup on the bottom right of your screen.
What measures are you taking to ensure cleanliness?
We take a lot of pride in our gym and clean our facility daily. We also provide cleaning stations throughout the gym to wipe down equipment before and after use.
Do you have showers?
Our facility currently does not have showers. However, we do have large restrooms complete with amenities as well as designated changing rooms.
