Strong Class: Do you love a good challenge? 6 stations using full body movements and gym accessories to put the body to the test! Followed by a Core Circuit that’ll test your limits! This is a great opportunity to work on Strength, Endurance, Lung Capacity and Balance!

Power Yoga: A powerful, energetic form of yoga. You’ll be led to move fluidly from one pose to the next while connecting breath to movement. This type of yoga strengthens your body, increases flexibility and promotes stamina while improving posture and balance. You will physically sweat, release toxins and re-energize your body.
