Power Yoga: A powerful, energetic form of yoga. You’ll be led to move fluidly from one pose to the next
while connecting breath to movement. This type of yoga strengthens your body, increases flexibility and promotes stamina while improving posture and balance. You will physically
sweat, release toxins and re-energize your body.

About

From a young age Edwin fell in love with Fitness, everything from sports to lifting weights he always wanted to be involved and learn more.

Edwin joined the United States Marine Corps (USMC) in 2015 serving four years as a Sergeant Motor Transport Operator. While in the Marine Corps Edwin suffered a severe colon disease (UC) that led him to being medically retired. This also taught Edwin to overcome adversity and that nothing is impossible. Edwin is inspired by helping other people achieve their fitness goals and overcoming their adversities through fitness.

He has over 10 years of experience in lifting and has competed in powerlifting. During his free time Edwin enjoys playing basketball and visiting gyms in different cities. His biggest goal is to promote a heathy lifestyle for individuals and help them build confidence and mental strength through fitness.
